Welcome to the SoCal Sound’s Rockstar Rescue! Each week we’ll highlight a little buddy up for adoption…our PET OF THE WEEK this week is WOLFIE from Pasadena Humane.
Say hello to WOLFIE, a handsome 3-year-old husky at Pasadena Humane with a heart as big as his beautiful, furry tail! He is a playful, curious guy who loves to explore his surroundings. His fluffy paws and somewhat stout figure give him tons of character! Some of his favorite hobbies include devouring a good meal, sniffing everything in sight, and a good belly rub.
Wolfie can be strong on a leash, but he’s mostly just eager to connect with his friends. Once he feels comfortable, he loves rolling over affection, wagging furiously, and (when extra excited) some goofy playtime. He’s shown he can learn quickly (especially when there’s cheese involved) and has already mastered the “sit” command like a champ!
Though Wolfie needed a little extra support to feel calm at Pasadena Humane at first, he’ll settle in nicely in a loving, low-traffic home. With continued kindness and consistency, he’s sure to blossom into the fun-loving companion he’s meant to be.
