Chicano Batman is set to release a new album titled 'Notebook Fantasy' and join Morning Show host Nic Harcourt at The SoCal Sound's main performance studio.

'Notebook Fantasy' marks the band's fifth studio album, and worked on the album with GRAMMY Award winning producer John Congleton (Erykah Badu, Death Cab For Cutie, St. Vincent).

Talking about the sound of the new record during the interview with Nic Harcourt; Eduardo Arenas (bass/vox) describes the sound "...[T]o me, that's what this album is. There's so many different songs on this album. Each one goes in its own direction, you know, and it's just like very few of them go in the same direction. And I think that's awesome because I think it gives a lot of people an opportunity to identify with a different track within the same band."

The band performs 4 songs off the new album LIVE in studio: "Era Primavera", "Losing My Mind", "Live Today", "Fly"
