Over two days this February, the 9th and the 10th, The Fonda Theatre hosted artists Faye Webster and Kate Bollinger for eager fans.
Singer and musician based out of Virginia, Kate Bollinger, opened the night with songs like the 2019 track "Candy" and 2021 release "Shadows." Bollinger also played her most recent piece, "Yards / Gardens." After angelic and relaxed tunes from Bollinger, it was time for Faye Webster, an artist from Atlanta, to take the stage.
Webster performed work primarily off her most recent albums, 'Atlanta Millionaires Club,' but more importantly, 'I Know I'm Funny haha,' the album she's supporting on her current tour. Some songs in the spotlight on February 10th were "A Dream With a Baseball Player" and "Cheers." Not only did Webster perform "I Know I'm Funny, haha," she also served it up to the audience a second time using sound effects from the video game Animal Crossing. Both Webster and Bollinger interacted gleefully with attendees, making it a phenomenal night for everyone in the crowd. You can listen to Bollinger and Webster anywhere you get your music like Spotify, Apple Music, or Youtube.
